1. RMA request must be accompanied with copy of original invoice(s).
2. RMA number must be displayed on the outside of package or else package will be refused.
3. Proper packaging and shipping are the responsibility of customer.
4. Items that are not from LPC or out of warranty will not be accepted.
5. No refunds will be issued after 10 days and no credits will be issued after 15 days of invoice date.
6. Refund and credit items must be received within 21 days of invoice date.
7. ALL products, except CPUs, are warranted for a period of 1 year from original invoice date. The warranty period for CPUs is 21 days.
8. LPC does not perform cross shipment of RMAs. The items must be received first.

RMA POLICY
Dear Valued Customer:
Thank you for making your purchase with LPC Technology. We appreciate your business. In an effort to maximize the efficiency of our customer service, we have listed a few guidelines about our Return Merchandise Authorization procedure. Please review our policy below.
1. ALL returns to LPC must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number).
2. To obtain an RMA number, please fax the enclosed RMA Request Form to our RMA department along with all necessary invoices. An RMA number will not be issued without matching invoice(s) and serial number(s).
3. The RMA number must be displayed on the ourside of each box. Packages without an RMA number will be refused.
4. Proper packaging and shipping of all returns are the responsibility of the customer. Items damaged or lost in shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. All RAM items must be returned to LPC with freight preight prepaid. All items are returned to the customer via delivery or UPS-Ground.
5. Items that are not from LPC or out of warranty will not be accepted. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange the pick up of these items.
6. The RMA department is not authorized to issue refunds or credits; the customer must speak to Accounting Dept. When refund or credit is authorized, it will then be processed by the RMA department. The amount of refund or credit does not include shipping and handling fees.
7. No refunds will be issued after 10 days and no credits will be issued after 15 days of invoice date.
8. Refund and credit items must be received within 21 days of invoice date or no refund or credit will be given and the items will be returned to the customer. These items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
9. All products purchased from LPC, except for CPUs, are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the original invoice date. The warranty period for CPUs is 21 days.
10. LPC does not perform cross shipment of RAMs. The items must be received first.
